1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

"Player" / "you"	Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any feature of the bet4 platform.
"Account"	The individual player account created upon successful registration on the bet4 platform.
"Platform"	The bet4 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all services, products, and features available thereon.
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a player by bet4.
"Real Money Balance"	Funds deposited by a player using an approved payment method, available for betting and withdrawal subject to verification.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total value of qualifying bets a player must place before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality including withdrawals.
"BDT" / "৳"	Bangladeshi Taka — the currency in which all account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated on the bet4 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a bet4 account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, or slot games — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which shall be the governing language for all interpretations and disputes. Translations, if provided for convenience, are not legally binding.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a valid bet4 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bet4 enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited regardless of origin.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal, recreational use — not on behalf of any third party, business, or syndicate.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of bet4, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the bet4 platform or any other responsible gaming self-exclusion scheme.
• Your participation in online betting is not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are obliged to notify bet4 of any changes to your registered details promptly.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bet4 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identity documents, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. bet4 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and withhold balances pending investigation whenever multiple accounts are identified.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bet4 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to submit any or all of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 days of request — entitles bet4 to suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bet4 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. bet4 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bet4 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any changes via platform announcement.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your bet4 account balance in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to reflect.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned (less any applicable fees) and potential account suspension.
• bet4 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which bet4 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being fully complete.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM BST (UTC+6) on a working day are typically processed within 15–60 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• bet4 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player via the account dashboard, provided the request has not yet entered processing status.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by bet4 are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are issued exclusively to accounts that have completed the minimum KYC steps specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from your real money balance and are used first when placing bets, unless the platform interface specifies a different order.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other method bet4 deems to constitute bonus abuse will result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings forfeited.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified bet4 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the platform at the time of registration. The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement; live casino wagers may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

5.3 Seasonal & Recurring Promotions

bet4 regularly runs seasonal promotions aligned with major sporting and cultural events in Bangladesh, including BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup tournaments. Specific terms for these promotions are published alongside the promotion itself. All seasonal promotions are subject to these general bonus terms unless explicitly superseded by the promotion-specific terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any unexpired bonus amount and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement will be removed from your account at the point of expiry without further notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bet4 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation.

• Obvious pricing errors — where the odds offered were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — will be void regardless of the outcome of the event.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• Arbitrage betting — placing bets across multiple outcomes or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Matched betting — using bonus funds in combination with lay bets elsewhere to extract value without genuine play intent.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players at live casino tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of bots or automated software — using any software, script, or tool to automate betting decisions or interact with the platform without human input.
• Betting on manipulated events — placing bets on sporting events where you have prior knowledge of fixing or manipulation.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

• Gambling on bet4 is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It is not, and must never be treated as, a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.
• You accept full responsibility for the decisions you make while using the bet4 platform, including the amount you wager and the frequency of your play sessions.
• You agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your bet4 account — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling activity is becoming difficult to control.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the permanent closure of your bet4 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that:

• All open bets have been settled or cancelled.
• Any pending withdrawal requests have been fully processed.
• Your real money balance has been withdrawn in full to your verified payment method.

Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be forfeited. Verified real money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bet4

bet4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited betting activity as defined in Section 6.3.
• Account activity that bet4 reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, money laundering-related, or connected to criminal activity.
• Receipt of a valid legal or regulatory order requiring account suspension or closure.

Where an account is closed by bet4 for breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided. Real money balances will be returned to the player following a full investigation, provided no fraudulent activity is identified.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bet4 will notify the registered email address on file before applying any dormancy maintenance fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

8.4 Right to Amend Terms

bet4 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a platform notification visible upon next login. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

8.5 Governing Language & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the bet4 platform, the English version of these terms shall be the definitive reference. Disputes should first be raised with the bet4 support team at [email protected]. bet4 will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute shall be referred to independent arbitration under the rules agreed at account registration.
